மெகா ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கை! அதிரவைக்கப்போகும் ஏழு முன்னணி ஐ.டி நிறுவனங்கள் இவைதாம்!

இந்தியாவின் முன்னணி ஐ.டி நிறுவனங்கள், முன் எப்போதுமில்லாத அளவில் ஆட்குறைப்பில் இறங்கியுள்ளன. ட்ரம்ப்பின் விசா கட்டுப்பாடு, ஐ.டி துறை வீழ்ச்சி ஆகியவை ஐ.டி ஊழியர்களுக்கு இந்த ஆண்டு பெரிய சோகத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. காக்னிஸன்ட், விப்ரோ, இன்ஃபோசிஸ் உள்ளிட்ட நிறுவனங்கள், பல ஆயிரம் ஐ.டி ஊழியர்களை வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ளன.

அதேபோல டெக் மஹிந்திரா நிறுவனம் 1,500 ஊழியர்களை நீக்கி, ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் ஈடுபட உள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. இந்த நடவடிக்கையால், புதிதாக பணிக்குச் சேர்ந்தோர் மட்டுமல்லாமல், 10 முதல் 15 ஆண்டு கால அனுபவம் உள்ளவர்களைக்கூட ஐ.டி நிறுவனங்கள் நீக்குவதற்குத் தயாராக உள்ளன. ஐ.டி நிறுவனங்களின் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு எதிராக, சில பணியாளர்கள் போர்க்கொடி தூக்கியுள்ளனர்.
இந்நிலையில், 7 முன்னணி நிறுவனங்கள் இந்த ஆண்டுக்குள் 56,000 ஊழியர்களை நீக்கி, ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் ஈடுபட உள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. அதன்படி, இன்ஃபோசிஸ், விப்ரோ, டெக் மஹிந்திரா, ஹெச்சிஎல் (HCL), அமெரிக்காவை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட காக்னிஸன்ட், DXC டெக்னாலஜி, ஃப்ரான்ஸின் Cap Gemini SA நிறுவனம் ஆகியவை ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள உள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன.

குறிப்பாக,  DXC டெக்னாலஜி நிறுவனம் மட்டும் 10,000 ஊழியர்களை வெளியேற்ற உள்ளதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது. இதனால், ஐ.டி ஊழியர்கள் கலக்கமடைந்துள்ளனர். இதற்கிடையே, இந்தியாவின் முக்கிய ஐ.டி நிறுவனமான டி.சி.எஸ், இந்த ஆண்டில் ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் ஈடுபடப்போவதில்லை. மேலும், பல ஆட்களைப் பணிக்கு எடுக்கப்போவதாகக் கூறியுள்ளது.
