I would say these 2 in the below picture and to add losing them made Zimbabwe unlucky.

Imagine the position of Zimbabwe , if these 2 would have played till the end of their 30's. It would not be definitely in the position which it is now.
Now both are  successful in coaching cricketing teams across the world.
